THERMOSTATIC CONTROL OPERATION

The thermostatic control valve on this heater operates like a standard thermostats and turns the burner on and off. The thermostat sensing bulb on the control valve used on this heater senses changes in the room temperature, and the burner will shut off completely when the room temperature reaches the set temperature. When the room temperature drops below the set temperature, the burner will cycle back on. The control knob can be set to the desired comfort level between 1 and 5.
