My 37 year old Martin AC36 fireplace was in dire need of new back and both side refractory panels. With all the online fireplace stores, none had precut panels to fit, except for Smokey Mountain General Store. So ordering was a no brainer. The website is very informative and easy to navigate. They did not ship within 1 to 3 business days, but not a game changer. When I sent emails with questions and a followup phone call, Ciarra Ingle was very curtious, knowlegable, and helpful.
The 3 panels arrived in the same shipment, each in their own packing box. All were in perfect condition.

first 3 were good,broke i side had to reorder 1 side .it came with crack all way across
