Starting Collars For Non-Ducted Passive Heat. The Passive Heat (PH-MCE) Heat Management System conveys warm air from the fireplace into the same room through either a front discharge slot or two side discharge heat registers. Installation of the Passive Heat kit must be done in conjunction with the appliance installation.
Installation of this kit MUST be performed by a qualified service technician.
